A TALE OF TWO SISTERS remake: Arielle Kebbel (THE GRUDGE 2) and Emily Browning (LEMONY SNICKET'S A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS) will star in DreamWorks Pictures' remake reports the Coming Soon web site. The plot revolves around two sisters who return home to their father (David Strathairn) after spending time in a mental institution. Their recovery is hindered by their cruel stepmother's (Elizabeth Banks) obsessiveness and an interfering ghost. The film, a remake of Kim Jee-Woon's 2003 amazing Korean horror masterpiece, is directed by Tom and Charles Guard and starts shooting in July in Vancouver. (thanks to DarkHorizons.com)
