09.08.05 - Texas Chainsaw Remake 2 and Final Destination 3
Hmmm, we shall see how crappy the sequels are. Final Destination 2 was, well it was pretty much final destination 1, besides the gore it wasn't really new. The chainsaw sequel is no surprise either.

Film Jerk scored some major release date announcements this weekend starting with New Line Cinema's prequel to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre entitled Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Origin. Jonathan Liebesman's (Darkness Falls) vision hits theaters on October 6th, 2006. The story follows a group of kids who run afoul of chainsaw-wielding psycho Leatherface and his demented family.
