One of the greatest horror films ever made. Brilliantly written, acted and especially directed, this is not only one of Stanley Kubrick's best films, it is one of the best films ever made. Adapted from Stephen King's novel of the same title, Stanley Kubrick shifted the focus onto Jack and his fall into madness with brilliant effect. This is the restored US cut which is longer than the PAL counterpart.
