Set way in the future, Earth is no longer inhabitable, so humans have colonized in outer space. One colony receives two cryogenically frozen bodies, and when they defrost them, one of the bodies turns out to be.....who else? Jason Voorhees. No longer in the forest or Camp Crystal Lake, Jason stalks the colonists in a whole new environment.
This one went a bit wrong in my estimation. Then again, Friday the 13th films have hardly been pick of the litter. Jason is back, and this time he's mingling with what looks like the cast of Andromeda on their day off. I guess the two lead ladies got totally hammered and you know you always do something bad when you get drunk, in this instance end up making another shoddy Friday film. This is really one where you need to pull up a chair, get a beer and laugh at the film for an hour or so. Not particularly gory, and not many imaginative killings, coupled with a ludicrously bad storyline means this fits perfectly into this series of films. Keep an eye out for the clich? moments, and try not to vomit on your keyboard.
